Refund policy

Every Zaman work is checked before shipping and packed in protective packaging designed for artwork.

All sales are final. As numbered limited editions, works are not eligible for return or exchange. We encourage you to review the preview videos, dimensions and photographs on each work's page, and to write to us at hello@zaman.gallery with any question before acquiring: we are happy to share additional images or advice on placement and lighting.

Damage in transit. If the work arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the work and the packaging. We will replace the piece or refund you in full, at your choice.

Defects. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, the work is replaced at no cost.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
